Domain Jacky Truchot
Domaine Jacky Truchot is one of the legendary producers in Burgundy, Jacky truchot wines are old fashioned Burgundies, traditional winemaking, destemmed, no cold soaking, no filtration, not much new oak and high yield on the vineyard, Jacky Truchot did not do any crop thinning to reduce yields. In fact his wines are always close to the maximum yield the AOC allows.
