La Tâche Romanée-Conti Domain
A la Tâche is a French wine of controlled origin produced on the climate of La Tâche in Vosne-Romanée, Côte d'Or, it is classified among the great vintages of the Coast of Nights.
The vineyard located slightly south of the Romanée-Conti is composed of two places called, Les Gaudichots, La Tâche Joly de Bévy (from which it takes its name) comprising precisely 6,0620 hectares today. The Task shares thin limestone brown soils in the upper part, deeper in the lower part (rendzines) while they are more strongly clay (60 cm) in La Romanée-Conti.
Extroverted, concentrated, impressive in intensity with its oriental notes of spices and roses, the task stretches its spherical volume in velvety wingspan.
