On the palate this wine expresses notes of Boysenberry, crushed raspberry and small notes of black cherry associated with small touches of juicy wild raspberry, fleshy / juicy blueberry as well as hints of chocolate, tea, caramelization and very discreet hints of sweet spices and Bourbon vanilla. Tannins are elegant. Very beautiful, gourmande and juicy persistence. There are a hint of almond, vanilla, a toasted hint, juicy red berries and blackberry on the persistence. A beautifully gourmand wine.
