Martell developed his own distillation method using traditional Charentais copper stills, the distillation uses a technique and know-how transmitted since the time of Jean Martell. A creation to Martell's founder Jean Martell, It celebrates the life of Jean Martell, who founded the house in his 21st year, the series of sramps to commemorate the links between Jersey and France.
