Henri and his younger brother Octave were art lovers, if Henri ran the house in Epernay, Octave spent his time in Paris, taking advantage of the Belle Époque. He met Émile Gallé, leader of the Art Nouveau movement. Émile Gallé draws a whirlwind of anemones from Japan. Four enamelled magnums are delivered in 1902, they will become the emblem of the Belle Époque cuvée but also that of the house Perrier-Jouët. Score : 92/100 75cl
